Employee Training

No matter how many security measures are applied, at its core, security begins with our people.

All members of our global talent network are trained on security ethics from the U.S. Defense Information Systems Agency, with refresher courses every six months. Ensuring our team is well-educated to detect phishing and social engineering attacks minimizes the risk of account compromise or any malware or virus entering our systems.

Legal Protection

Legal protections are essential to ensure the security and integrity of sensitive data and information.

  • Expanding your team to a global workforce doesn’t mean you have to release your intellectual property. Every member of our global talent network signs a Non-disclosure Agreement (NDA). Edge also offers an employer-of-record solution so that any local contracts with your remote employees transfer IP ownership to your company.
