SAN FRANCISCO – Dec. 3, 2025 – Edge today announced Dr. Bob “Dee” Dokhanchi as fractional chief operating officer of its dental division.
Dental industry influencer Dokhanchi brings to Edge his experience as a business operations executive, dentist of 33 years, and entrepreneur.
As an existing Edge investor and long-time Board of Advisors member, Dokhanchi brings deep clinical and operational expertise at a time when dental practices face mounting staffing pressures, rising costs, and widening training gaps.

As COO, Dokhanchi will guide the development of Edge’s Dental Workforce Playbooks, standardized training, and practice-ready onboarding programs that ensure every Edge team member is trained on the systems, workflows, and compliance standards used inside modern dental practices. His work will accelerate Edge’s plan to deploy more than 1,000 Edge Talent into dental offices over the next two years.

He also continues as the owner of and a practicing dentist at Fox Valley Dental Care Aurora.
