Can I bring anyone, from anywhere?
Yes. Your talent can be from Upwork, LinkedIn, a referral, or anyone you've already been working with. We support talent in most international locations where Edge has campus infrastructure.
What happens to their current contract?
We transition them to an Edge employment contract. This formalizes the relationship with proper NDA, IP assignment, non-compete, and local labor law compliance — protecting both you and them.
Do they have to work from an Edge campus?
Yes. The secure campus workspace is core to our compliance and security model. It ensures managed equipment, backup power, biometric access, and the professional environment that drives retention.
What if my hire handles patient data (PHI)?
Perfect fit. Edge signs a BAA, provides HIPAA-compliant infrastructure, endpoint DLP, encrypted storage, and security awareness training. We're SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified.
Can they access Edge Edu even if they're already skilled?
Absolutely. Edge Edu covers platform certifications (Dentrix, Epic, AMS360, etc.), soft skills, compliance refreshers, and continuous upskilling. It's how we maintain 97% retention.
What if it doesn't work out?
